Graduated at the San Beda College of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1998; he served as legal assistant at the Balgos & Perez Law Offices, and as an associate attorney at the Brillantes Nachura Navarro Jumamil Arcilla Escolin & Martinez Law Offices. Mr. Surtida has extensive experience in the fields of litigation and appellate practice involving civil, criminal, Ombudsman and Sandiganbayan cases, commercial, corporate, labor, property, estate, immigration, transportation, energy and maritime laws.
Born in Manila on April 21, 1968, graduated at the San Beda College of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the Bar in 1998; He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.) at the De La Salle University, Manila. Mr. Hernandez is a seasoned lawyer and has extensive experience in litigation and appellate practices involving civil, criminal, commercial, property, immigration and administrative, labor, contracts, construction, insurance, transportation, maritime and shipping, telecommunications and broadcast, real property, estate, Intellectual Property, collection, finance and banking, and corporate laws.
She graduated from the San Beda College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the practice of law in 2008. Ms. Torbela-Tio has extensive experience in civil, criminal, commercial, property, land registration and titling, banking, corporate and contracts, taxation, immigration, insurance, IT and telecommunications and broadcast laws, land-based and manning agencies.
Born in Legaspi City, and admitted to the Bar in 2005. He has long-term experience in writing, research and policy analysis, having worked in the Senate of the Philippines, Office of the Vice-President and Office of the President for many years before he became a lawyer. As a lawyer, he is engaged in litigation and appellate practice and is well-versed in civil, criminal, corporate, commercial, labor, property, estate, immigration, family law, election, transportation and maritime, telecommunications, broadcast and IT laws.
He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015. Mr. Lawyer is into litigation work involving criminal, civil, labor, commercial, election, telecommunications and broadcast laws, transportation, property, election, family and estate, immigration and administrative laws.
Obtained his Juris Doctor degree at San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila in 2015. Now, he handles criminal, civil, family, elections, administrative, and other special cases.
Earned her Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College of Law-Recoletos Manila. She was admitted to the Bar in 2019. She currently specializes in labor law, commercial law, realty and land registration laws, maritime law, taxation, and corporate matters, and is the lead counsel on numerous real estate cases before the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC).
Obtained her Bachelor’s of Law degree at the San Beda College of Law - Manila. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2016. She currently practices corporation and taxation laws, contracts, administrative and banking laws, and realty and land registration laws and handled cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA), the Land Registration Authority (LRA) and Registers of Deeds (RDs).
Earned her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the same university in 2018. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. She is into litigation work involving criminal, civil, labor, and administrative laws.
Proceeded to earn his Juris Doctor degree at Central Philippine University, also in Iloilo City and was admitted to the Bar in 2022. Mr. Gelvoleo is into litigation work involving criminal, civil, labor, commercial, election, telecommunications and broadcast laws, transportation, property, election, family and estate, immigration and administrative laws.
Obtained his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Sto. Tomas - Legazpi College of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the Bar on May 19, 2022. Mr. Cilot handles civil, administrative and criminal cases and likewise practices tax and corporate matters for the Firm.
He went to University of Sto. Tomas – Legazpi graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor on March 2021. He was admitted to the Bar on May 19, 2022. Mr. Bringino is into civil and administrative cases.
Obtained his Bachelor’s of Law degree at the Philippine Law School University and passed the Philippine Bar in 2022. Mr. Adap is into litigation work involving criminal, civil, labor, commercial, and broadcast laws, family and estate cases, and immigration and administrative laws.
Admitted to the Bar in 1998; he graduated at the Manuel Luis Quezon University (MLQU) School of Law. Galicia is a litigator, and is likewise competent in the field of criminal and civil laws, telecommunications and broadcast laws, marital & family relations, land transportation franchising, maritime law, commercial and realty laws, and cooperative laws.
A graduate of the San Beda College of Law in 1997, Mr. Elmer L. San Gabriel has extensive experience in patent, trademark and intellectual property practice. He is likewise into civil, criminal, labor, immigration and administrative litigation, and likewise practices securities and corporate laws, transportation laws, realty and land registration laws and appeared before administrative bodies, and notably before the FICAB, the LRA, Registers of Deeds (RDs), HSAC, and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
Admitted to the Bar in 1996; he graduated at the San Beda College of Law. He holds a Bachelor (Cum Laude) and Licentiate (Magna Cum Laude) Degrees in Philosophy. He also acts as legal consultant to various finance, lending & investment institutions, realty & development firms, land-based and manning agencies.
